ADVANTAGES

• Good defenses
• Conscripts are cheaper, and build quick
• Regulars are good fighters
• Can capture enemy resource buildings
• Powerful helicopters

DISADVANTAGES

• Tessarin have specialist anti-defense units
• Conscripts are crap in combat
• Regulars take a while to build
• Helicopters can be taken down easily by enemy AA and aircraft
• Forces split between conscripts and regulars
• Crap economy
• Least powerful weaponry
• Least mobile tanks (the Psychasi tanks hover and the Tessarin tanks are amphibious)
